Key Stage 5
The Key Stage5 curriculum enables students to choose subjects from three vocational areas:

• BTEC Sport (Equivalent to 2 A levels)
• Applied Business (1 A level)
• Applied Travel & Tourism (1 A level)

In addition a small number of students may opt for a place on our MAP programme.  This is a partnership which we have developed with the Marriott Hotel in Bournemouth. This offers students the opportunity to sample a variety of hospitality disciplines 2 days per week whilst also undertaking an NVQ Level 2 qualification.  The remaining 3 days are spent in school where the students study courses form the selection indicated above.

The Curriculum is reviewed annually to enable the school to adopt new courses, as appropriate and in response to student need.
