Rossmore Library & Learning Centre opened in January 2005 on the Rossmore site.  On the ground floor there is a large selection of fiction books, an enclosed brightly coloured children's library, DVDs (including new releases) and an internet café. On the first floor there is a good range of non-fiction books, a "Chillzone" for teenagers and a Computer Suite with 23 computers for public use. There are also two Community rooms that can be booked for meetings and events, and a small interview room.
